TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Symetrix's Terms and Conditions apply to any item purchased on our online store.

Restocking fee:

A 30% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns or any items ordered by error. In order to return a product, you must request an RMA number. All authorized returned product must be received at Symetrix no later than one month following the date of invoice. After this date, no return will be accepted. All returned merchandise must be unused and in good working condition. The product will have to be shipped to Symetrix (all freight charges will have to be paid by the client). The customer must ensure that the product is received at Symetrix in good resalable condition. Note that the merchandise will not be accepted if any damages incurred while in transit. Upon reception of the merchandise (in good condition), a credit will be issued.
